User responsibilities

  • ProfytAI owns all intellectual property rights in our platform, software, and proprietary algorithms
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our platform
  • Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by ProfytAI without compensation
  • We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data and intellectual property

Compliance & regulatory requirements

  • Users must comply with all applicable banking, financial services, and data protection regulations
  • ProfytAI follows industry security standards
  • We provide activity records and compliance reporting capabilities as part of our services
  • Users are responsible for ensuring their use of our platform supports their final compliance responsibilities
  • We may suspend services if we reasonably believe there is a violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • Regular compliance reviews and updates are conducted to maintain regulatory alignment

Limitation of liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
